The basics of our IT environment is delivered via an E-learning platform (TalentLMS) which will run users through the basics of using our IT systems.
The topics covered are:
Logging on, Securing your PC & Password Management
Contacting the Helpdesk
Office 365
Network Drives & Folders
Tips for Recognising Phishing Emails
Each topic has a quiz at the end with a final quiz covering all the topics together.
when completed, the user will be issue a certificate.
