How to Request IT Services.........

Get a New User access to IT Services:

There is a process that sets out how to request a new IT account to be set up.

The process uses an Access Request Form, which should be sent to the IT HelpDesk

All new user must read and sign the IT Declaration, within five(5) working days of starting in the organisation.  If they will work remotely there is an additional declaration to review and sign.

These declaration contain the rules and responsibilities for the individual.

Modify an Existing User:

For changes to any existing staff, an Access Request Form should be completed andsent to the IT HelpDesk when the change is to be implemented. 

Requesting other services:

The IT General Request Form is used to request the following service:

Secure Folder - set up and manage
Email Distribution List - set up and manage
Mailboxes - access and forward (CEO approval required)
Home Folder - access (CEO approval required)
Software - acquire and install
Printer changes
File Restores
